Bar Shift Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Supervision and support of bar shift staff,
• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience by monitoring service quality,
• Inventory management, ordering and inventory management,
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations,
• Co-create and update drink menus,
• Training, motivating staff to achieve goals,
• Effectively support the team in building memorable experiences and bonds with our guests,
• Working closely with the F&B Manager.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience as, Bartender, Bar Supervisor,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of English and Polish to communicate freely,
• Knowledge of computer and (MS Office).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays,
• Ability to work under time pressure.
