(hereinafter referred to as the “Attraction”)
(1) These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of Highline Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Attraction”) by:
(2) The purpose of the Regulations is to ensure the safety, comfort of visitors and protection of the infrastructure of the Attraction.
(3) The purchase of a ticket and staying in the Attraction area implies acceptance of these Regulations.
(4) Staying in the area of the Attraction is possible only during its opening hours and upon presentation of a valid admission ticket.
(5) The admission ticket entitles you to enter the Attraction within 15 minutes of the indicated entry time. After this time, the ticket may be considered invalid.
(6) Documents authorizing the purchase of a discounted ticket must be presented before the purchase or at the request of the staff.
7. on the premises of the Attraction is strictly prohibited:
(8) It is forbidden to bring into the area of the Attraction objects that may impede the work of the staff, interfere with the comfort of other guests or create a potential safety hazard, in particular such as flowers, balloons or other bulky objects.
(9) In justified cases, an employee of the Attraction has the right to make a final decision on allowing or refusing to bring certain items into the facility.
10. Bringing in and using professional photographic or film equipment, especially cameras with interchangeable optics, tripods, stabilizers, flashes and other equipment that may impede movement within the Attraction or affect the comfort of other visitors may be subject to restrictions.
(11) The Attraction Operator reserves the right to prohibit the use of such equipment or to make its use subject to prior approval. If it is determined that the equipment is used for commercial purposes, the provisions of §4 of the Regulations shall apply.
12 It is allowed to take photos and recordings with mobile devices and amateur equipment, as long as it does not interfere with the comfort of other guests and does not violate safety rules.
13. it is prohibited to take dishes, glassware and cutlery beyond level 49.
14 Visitors agree to undergo security checks at the entrance. Refusal to submit to screening may result in non-admission to the Attraction.
1. organized groups (more than 10 people) are required to book a date in advance.
(2) Group chaperones are responsible for the behavior of participants.
(3) Minors are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
(4) Children and young people under 16 years of age are allowed on the Attraction only when accompanied by an adult.
5 It is forbidden to bring:
(6) Persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of intoxicants, behaving in a manner that threatens the safety or comfort of other guests, will not be allowed in and may be removed from the Attraction area.
(7) The Operator reserves the right to refuse admission to persons whose behavior may interfere with the operation of the Attraction or violate the integrity of other visitors or employees.

(1) All persons in the area of the Attraction are obliged to obey the instructions of the staff and security services.
(2) The Attraction Operator is not responsible for items left unattended.
(3) In case of violation of these Rules, the operator reserves the right to expel the violator – without refunding the ticket.
(4) Each person shall be fully responsible for any damage caused by him in the Attraction area.
(1) The performance of commercial photo shoots, video recordings, advertising, product or promotional sessions on the Attraction’s premises, including on the observation decks, requires the prior written consent of the Attraction’s operator.
(2) Commercial recordings are a paid service and require individual pricing determined by the Attraction operator.
(3) The realization of commercial recordings may only take place outside of the opening hours of Highline Warsaw, unless the operator decides otherwise.
(4) For approval and pricing, please send a request to: info@highllnewarsaw.org, no later than 3 days before the scheduled execution date.
(5) The implementation of commercial recordings without the required consent is prohibited. In the event of violation of this prohibition, Attraction security has the right to immediately stop the recording and take further action in accordance with applicable procedures.
(6) The operator reserves the right to charge for unauthorized use of space for commercial purposes.
7 The materials made during the visit may be used only for private, non-commercial purposes.
(1) There is a video surveillance system in the Attraction area, recording images for the purpose of ensuring the safety of persons and property.
(2) Personal data in the form of image shall be processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (RODO) and national legislation.
(3) The administrator of personal data is the operator of the Attraction.
